My Dietetic Background

Prior to beginning my journey as Antique Nutrition, I helped run a private practice business consulting in three locations across Sydney (Lane Cove, Hunters Hill and Wahroonga SAN Hospital). I have worked in hospitals, medical practices, gyms and allied health clinics.

I have extensive experience in working alongside multidisciplinary teams, specialising in the nutritional management of maternal and women’s health, paediatric nutrition, gut health, oncology (symptomatic management and survivorship) and sports nutrition (individuals and teams). Other areas of expertise include weight loss, chronic disease management including diabetes and cardiovascular health, women’s health and eating disorders in adults and adolescence.

In addition, I am experienced in presenting corporate, high schools, council, sports and cancer survivor workshops and presentations.

I am a passionate, experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian and Sports Dietitian who incorporates an integrative tailored approach to nutrition. I help to empower individuals and families to understand self-management strategies to overcome their challenges and to improve weight goals, manage day-to-day symptoms and to promote a better quality of life through combining realistic, achievable and evidence based care into my practice. I strive for my clients to walk away with individual goals suited to their lifestyle and to have the opportunity to transform their health.
